After years of working in the design industry, I noticed the same challenge across design studios of every size: too much time spent managing procurement, vendors, and logistics, and not enough time designing. The operational side of running a studio can be relentless, and hiring full-time help isn't always the right solution. Doing it all yourself isn't sustainable either.
